💡 Purpose of Processing Personal Data

We process personal data (surname, first name, phone number, job title, email address, assessment results and occasionally, image – photo and video, voice – audio) only for legitimate purposes, such as providing quality services, which consist of:

• delivering and organising the AI Leadder programme;
• internal analysis for development purposes, content improvement and programme optimisation;
• promotion and public communication of the AI Leadder programme on any media channels, online or offline, including but not limited to: Leadder and Scotwork websites, printed materials, as well as the official Leadder and Scotwork pages and accounts on social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram or other similar platforms).

💡 Legal Basis for Processing Personal Data

Your personal data is processed pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) of Regulation No. 679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC, namely the processing is necessary for the performance of a contract.

💡Recipients of Personal Data

As applicable, we may transmit or provide access to certain personal data to the following categories of recipients: D&D Mentoring SRL, which is affiliated with Ari Analityx SRL and, where appropriate, to the line manager for the purpose of monitoring employee progress. Where we have a legal obligation or where it is necessary to protect a legitimate interest, we may also disclose certain personal data to public authorities.

As a rule, we will not transfer your personal data to third countries outside the European Economic Area, unless such a transfer is necessary for the performance of the contract concluded between our company and the company to which you belong, or unless you have given your consent for such transfer. For this type of transfer, both we and our partners have taken appropriate protective measures to ensure the protection of the transferred personal data, including by imposing contractual clauses on these entities and their personnel regarding the confidentiality of such data, ensuring a high level of security for the processing of your data.

💡 Retention Period of Personal Data

We process your personal data both during the AI Leadder programme and subsequently, in accordance with the legal provisions regarding document archiving. Unless there is an express legal provision, personal data will be retained for an indefinite period, until the withdrawal of your consent.

💡 Rights of the Data Subject

We understand that your personal data is important, and we want to assure you that you are the one who controls this information. Depending on the law and certain exceptions or circumstances, you have the following rights:

• To see the information we hold about you – this is your right of access.
• To change or update your information if something has changed or is incorrect – this is your right to rectification.
• To delete your information or limit the way we use it – this is your right to erasure and restriction of processing.
• To withdraw your permission for us to use your information if you have changed your mind – this is your right to withdraw consent.
• To file a complaint if you are not satisfied with how we handle your data – this is your right to lodge a complaint.
• To object to the use of your information – this is your right to object.
• And finally, you benefit from all the rights established by EU Regulation No. 679/2016.
