💡 Purpose of Personal Data Processing
We process your personal data (name, surname, email address) in order to grant you access to our platform. As a participant in the Scotwork Advanced Negotiation Skills program, you will receive access to the Scotwork Alumni platform.
Unless there is a specific legal requirement, your personal data will be stored for an indefinite period, until you withdraw your consent.

💡 Legal Basis for Personal Data Processing
Your personal data is processed based on Article 6(1)(a) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, repealing Directive 95/46/EC.

💡 Recipients of Personal Data
As the exclusive representative of Scotwork International in Romania, Leadder collects, processes, and transfers your personal data to Scotwork International. If we are under a legal obligation or if it is necessary to protect a legitimate interest, we may also disclose certain personal data to public authorities.
