💡Purpose of Personal Data Processing

We process personal data (first name, last name, phone number, job title, email address, evaluation results) for legitimate purposes only, such as providing quality services, for supporting and organizing the Color Accounting course.   

You’ll be added to the professional working group on the WhatsApp platform. This group is created just for the course group you belong to, for the purpose of effective communication throughout the course. After the course you have the option to leave the group.

💡Basis of Personal Data Processing

Your personal data are processed pursuant to art. 6 para. (1) lit. a) from Regulation no. 679 of April 27, 2016, on the protection of natural person with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and the repeal of Directive 95/46/EC, and also for the execution of a contract.

💡Recipients of personal data

We (Leadder) keep and process your personal data for the proper execution of the contract signed between our company and the company you belong to, and as the case may be, we transmit or offer access to certain personal data to the company D&D Mentoring SRL which is affiliated Ari Analityx SRL. If we have a legal obligation or if it is necessary to defend a legitimate interest, we may also disclose certain personal data to public authorities.

💡The period for which the personal data will be stored

We process your personal data both during the Color Accounting course and afterwards, according to the legal norms related to document archiving. Unless there is an express legal provision, personal data will be kept for an indefinite period, until you withdraw your consent.

We understand that your personal data is important, and we want to make sure that you are the one in control of this information. Subject to applicable law and certain exceptions, restrictions, or circumstances, you have the following rights:

• The right of access to your personal data;
• The right to correct, modify and update your personal data;

• The right to submit a complaint to the supervisory authority and to an appeal in court;
