J35/2442/2013, email office@leader.ro, legally represented by Ms. Denisa Cantaragiu, hereinafter referred to as „Leadder”, would like to inform you about the following aspects:

💡Purpose of Personal Data Processing

We process personal data (first name, last name, email address, phone number, job title, video recordings of negotiation exercises, evaluation results) for legitimate purposes only, such as providing quality services, for supporting and organizing the „Scotwork Advancing Negotiation Skills ” training.  

Thus, we bring to your attention the following:

• During the sessions, the negotiation exercises are filmed for educational purposes, and these recordings will be deleted at the end of the course.
• You’ll be added to the professional working group for Scotwork Advancing Negotiation Skills ” training, on the WhatsApp platform. This group is created just for the course group you belong to, for the purpose of effective communication throughout the course. After the course you have the option to leave the group.
• We will use and retain your email address provided upon signing the contract to give you access to the Scotwork Alumni Platform.
• We will use and retain your email address provided upon signing the contract to send you an online questionnaire, 90 days after the course is completed.

💡Basis of Personal Data Processing

Your personal data are processed pursuant to art. 6 para. (1) lit. a) from Regulation no. 679 of April 27, 2016, on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and the repeal of Directive 95/46/EC, and also for the execution of a contract.

💡Recipients of personal data

As the exclusive representative of Scotwork International in Romania, we (Leadder) keep process and transmit your personal data to Scotwork International and to the company D&D Mentoring SRL which is affiliated Ari Analityx SRL. If we have a legal obligation or if it is necessary to defend a legitimate interest, we may also disclose certain personal data to public authorities.

Additionally, both Leadder and Scotwork International will retain and process your personal data for the proper execution of the service contract concluded between our company and the company you belong to.

💡The period for which the personal data will be stored

We process your personal data both during the „Scotwork Advancing Negotiation Skills ” training and afterwards, according to the legal norms related to document archiving and for access to Scotwork tools (e.g., the Scotwork Alumni Platform).

Unless there is an express legal provision, personal data will be kept for an indefinite period, until you withdraw your consent.

💡The rights of the data subject

We understand that your personal data is important, and we want to make sure that you are the one in control of this information. Subject to applicable law and certain exceptions, restrictions, or circumstances, you have the following rights:

• The right of access to your personal data;
• The right to correct, modify and update your personal data;
• The right to have your personal data deleted or to restrict their processing;
• The right to withdraw your consent;
• The right to submit a complaint to the supervisory authority and to an appeal in court;
• The right to opposition.
• All other rights provided by EU Regulation no. 679/2016.
