NOTICE REGARDING THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

The company D&D MENTORING SRL, with its registered office in Dumbrăviţa, Gabriel Liiceanu Street, no. 2, ap. 2, room 1, Timiș County, fiscal code RO 28240801, registered with the Trade Register under no. J35/649/2011, email office@leadder.ro, represented by Denisa Cantaragiu, hereinafter referred to as “Leadder”, wishes to inform you of the following aspects.

💡 Purpose of Processing Personal Data

We process personal data (first name, last name, phone number, email address, evaluation results) only for legitimate purposes, such as providing quality services, services which consist of delivering and organizing the Effective Personal Productivity program. Thus, you will receive a monthly email “Time for planning” in order to put into practice what you have learned during the course. You may unsubscribe from this email at any time.

You will be added to the professional working group on the WhatsApp platform. This group is specially created only for the group you are part of, for the purpose of ensuring efficient communication throughout the duration of the course. After the completion of the course, you have the option to leave this group.

💡 Legal Basis for the Processing of Personal Data

Your personal data are processed pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) No. 679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC, namely that the processing is necessary for the performance of a contract.

💡 Recipients of Personal Data

We (Leadder) store and process your personal data for the proper performance of the service agreement concluded between our company and the company you belong to, and, where applicable, we transmit or grant access to certain personal data to the following categories of recipients: Ari Analityx SRL, which is affiliated with D&D Mentoring SRL; LMI Romania, in order to provide you with access to the audio lessons of the program; and, if you are attending the course online, in digital format, in order to grant you access to the online course platform; and, where applicable, your direct supervisor for the purpose of monitoring the employee’s progress. If we are subject to a legal obligation or if it is necessary to defend a legitimate interest, we may also disclose certain personal data to public authorities.

As a rule, we will not transfer your personal data to third countries outside the European Economic Area, except where such transfer is necessary for the performance of the contract. For this type of transfer, both we and our partners have implemented appropriate safeguards to ensure the protection of the transferred personal data, including by imposing contractual clauses on these entities, as well as on their personnel, to ensure the confidentiality of such data, thereby providing a high level of security for the processing of your data.

💡 Period for Which Personal Data Will Be Stored

We process your personal data both during the duration of the Effective Personal Productivity program and afterwards, in accordance with the legal provisions regarding document archiving. Unless there is an explicit legal provision, personal data will be retained for an indefinite period, until you withdraw your consent.

💡 Rights of the Data Subject

We understand that your personal data are important and we want to assure you that you are the one who controls this information. Depending on the law and certain exceptions or circumstances, you have the following rights:
• To view the information we hold about you – this is your right of access.
• To change or update your information if something has changed or is incorrect – this is your right to rectification.
• To have your information deleted or to restrict the way we use it – this is your right to erasure and to restriction of processing.
• To withdraw your permission for the use of your information if you change your mind – this is your right to withdraw consent.
• To lodge a complaint if you are not satisfied with how we manage your data – this is your right to lodge a complaint.
• To object to the use of your information – this is your right to object.
• And last but not least, you benefit from all the rights established by EU Regulation No. 679/2016.
